PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication control system by which an owner of a cellular phone refrains from use of the cellular phone in predetermined areas such as the vicinity of a priority seat of public transportation facilities such as a train and a bus and in a hospital and improvement in manners of the cellular phone is expected. SOLUTION: The system 10 includes: a radio monitor part 11 which informs use conditions of the cellular phone in the vicinity of the priority seat by monitoring radio waves which the cellular phone uses for radio communication; a reporting means 13 for reporting a message for suppressing use of the cellular phone; and a control part 12 which controls display/non-display of the message in the reporting means 13 based on information from the radio monitor part 11, and reports the message in the vicinity of the priority seat according to timing that a passenger in the vicinity of the priority seat attempts to start the radio communication with the cellular phone.
