PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sine-wave generation circuit capable of reducing a mounting area. SOLUTION: In the sine-wave generation circuit 20, a differential pair is composed of resistors R11, R12 whose one end sides are respectively connected to a fixed current source Cur11 so as to lead a prescribed current I flowing in from the one end sides to the other end sides, resistors R13, R14 whose one end sides are respectively connected to ground Gnd set to potential lower than that of the fixed current source Cur11 so as to lead a current flowing in from the other end sides to the ground Gnd, a pnp transistor Tr11 connected between the other end side of the resistor R11 and that of the resistor R13, and a transistor Tr12 being the same pnp as the transistor Tr11 and connected between the other end side of the resistor R12 and that of the resistor R14. A voltage signal Vsg having a prescribed triangular waveform is inputted to the base of the transistor Tr11 serving as one input port, and also, a prescribed reference voltage Vref set within an amplitude range of a triangular wave generated by the voltage signal Vsg is inputted to a base of the transistor Tr12 serving as the other input port in the differential pair.
