PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric porcelain exhibiting a high specific dielectric even if crystal grains are fine, and also to provide a high capacitance laminated ceramic capacitor constructed by such a dielectric porcelain. SOLUTION: The dielectric layer 5 comprises a dielectric porcelain including crystal grains 11 containing Ba, Ti, and Si as elements. The content of the Si near the surface of the grain boundary 13 is 1.5 atm% or more, and the content of the Si at the depth of 20 nm from the surface of the crystal grains 11 is 1.2 atm% or lower.
