PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of an inexpensive flexible board in which productivity is good, and to provide the connection method. SOLUTION: Since the connection structure of the flexible board has a conductor 13 which fills the inside of a via hole 9a of a flexible board 9 and comes out from the side on the other hand, a direct heating of the conductor 13 which comes out can be carried out with a heating device 17 in the absence of air, and a conductive heat transfer is good to the connection semiconductor 15 by the conductor 13.
