PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column of high reliability using a glassy porous body as a separation material, and to provide a cartridge column that uses it. SOLUTION: The column 10 includes a tube and at least one columnar separation material 12 arranged inside the tube. The separation material 12 comprises the glassy porous body and the tube comprises an elastomer tube 11. The cartridge column 30 includes the column 10 and a housing 40 for holding the column 10.
