PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle fixing device of a chassis dynamometer for more firmly fixing the trailing wheel of a motorcycle. SOLUTION: When forcing the front wheel 200 of the motorcycle into the inside of a clamp with its front part kept in contact with a back plate portion of a nut 116 with a back plate (a1, b1, and c1), the nut 116, a male screw 1151, and a motor 115 move to cause two claws 1141 to close while turning centering on a spindle 1132 (a2, b2, and c2). Nextly, the male screw 1151 is fastened on the nut 116 by the motor 115, the motor 115 moves to a front wheel direction side end while pulling in a connecting shaft 1161 by means of the nut 116, thereby firmly closing and fixing the two claws 1141 of the clamp. Resultantly, the front wheel 200 is fixed, by the two claws 1141 and by the nut 116 with the plate portion, in a state in which it is grasped at three positions in total, that is, two positions on the left and right of the rim of the front wheel 200 and the tire front face of the front wheel 200 (a3, b3, and c3).
