摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a frequency differenceΔy between oscillators having a normalized frequency deviation of 0.1 Hz or less by a simple constitution with the same degree of accuracy as that of the DMTD method without the need for an s-r converter or an expensive TIC. SOLUTION: A frequency difference measuring apparatus is provided with: a transfer oscillator phase-synchronized with a signal inputted to an input part; a first double balanced mixer for outputting a phase difference signal between a signal and a signal from the transfer oscillator; a second balance mixer for outputting a phase difference signal between the signal inputted to the input part and a signal from the transfer oscillator; an A/D converter for converting each signal from analog into digital form; and an operation part for analyzing data outputted from the A/D converter, applying discrete Fourier transformation, and outputting a frequency differenceΔy between signals.
