PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing and a hanging tool wherein a bearing for a pressure raising screw device and a bearing for a pressure lowering screw device can be commonalized, and both bearings can be lifted by one type of hanging tool. SOLUTION: The rolling bearing is provided with a first bearing member A capable of composing an upper ring or a lower ring, a second bearing member B capable of composing the lower ring or the upper ring, a conical roller C arranged between the first bearing member and the second bearing member, a through-hole 21 formed such that the hanging tool can be passed through each of a center position of the first bearing member and a center position of a second bearing member, a securing part provided so as to secure a pawl part 53 of the hanging tool 50 to each of the first bearing member and the second bearing member, and a loosening preventing part 22 provided on the securing part for preventing loosening of the rolling bearing from the hanging tool when hanging up by the hanging tool. By turning the hanging tool passed through the through-hole, and positioning the pawl part of the hanging tool on the securing part being the loosening preventing part in the lower ring, the bearings can be lifted by the hanging tool more integrally.
