PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective lens driving unit in which a buffering elastic body can stably be injected into through holes for suspension wires 7 in a wire holder 8 and the necessary amount of the elastic body can be reduced. SOLUTION: The through holes for suspension wires 7 in the wire holder 8 are composed of: a first elastic body receiving part 8a formed on the side of a holder 2 for a lens; a second elastic body receiving part 8b formed at a wire fixing member side adjacently to the first elastic body receiving part 8a; and a hole part 8c for wire penetration which makes the first elastic body receiving part 8a communicate with the second elastic body receiving part 8b and has a diameter smaller than that of the first elastic body receiving part.
