PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood sampling instrument supporting device excellent in operability when sampling blood by a blood sampling instrument. SOLUTION: The blood sampling instrument supporting device 100 supports an initial flow bag 20 of the blood sampling instrument 1 comprising a first tube connected to a blood sampling needle at one end, a second tube 91 branched from the middle of the first tube through a branching part and the initial flow bag 20 provided on the second tube 91 for housing blood. The blood sampling instrument supporting device 100 is provided with a support base 120 having a holding part 122 for holding the initial flow bag 20, an attaching part 110 for mounting the support base 120 on an armrest 500 where the arm of a donor 900 can be put on, and a turning mechanism part 130 for supporting the support base 120 to the attaching part 110 so as to be turned to a first position at which its lower end part 129 takes a vertically downward posture and a second position at which it takes a posture inclined to the vertical direction.
