PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the sliding resistance of a fishing line and strengthen the irregular inner surface of the rod formed to decrease the resistance. SOLUTION: Protrusions are formed along the circumferential direction or nearly circumferential direction on the inner surface of a rod member interposing prescribed spaces in the axial direction. The protrusion is composed of a line-receiving tool 10 and a supporting part 11 to connect and support the line-receiving part 10 to the rod material. The supporting part is formed with a prepreg yarn 11A obtained by impregnating a resin into a reinforcing fiber placed in circumferential direction similar to the inner surface of the rod material 7, and the line receiving tool 10 is made of a wire material 10A harder than the prepreg and having slipperiness.
