An air conditioner without an outdoor unit is provided to form a sealed space in a main body and mount a condenser and a cooling unit for the condenser in the space, thereby maximizing cooling efficiency without using any additional outdoor units. An air conditioner without an outdoor unit includes a main body(2) formed with a track type sealed space(7), a condenser(6) mounted in the sealed space for emitting heat generated from refrigerant compressed by a compressor(5), and a cooling unit mounted in the sealed space for cooling the condenser. The cooling unit has a second evaporator(8), of which both ends are connected to an expansion valve(3) and the compressor, and a blower fan(9) mounted in front of the second evaporator. Refrigerant is branched to a first evaporator(4) and the second evaporator by a rate of 6:4 or 7:3.
