A deodorizing system which improves the deodorizing efficiency and constantly maintains the deodorizing efficiency by directly culturing microorganisms and consistently supplying the cultured microorganisms to a carrier, and maximizes the deodorizing efficiency by mixing odor with supply water containing microorganisms, thereby primarily removing odor is provided. A deodorizing system comprises: a deodorizing column(10) having an exhaust port(11) installed on an upper part thereof, a drainpipe(12) installed on a lower part thereof, and a deodorizing carrier(13) installed in an inner central part thereof; a supply water supplying means(20) for spraying supply water from a storage tank onto an upper part of the carrier through a supply water line(22) by a pump; an odor supplying means(30) for collecting odor by a deodorizing fan(31) and supplying the collected odor into a lower part of the deodorizing column through an odor supplying pipe(32); and a microorganism supplying means(40) for supplying microorganisms to the carrier through the supply water line, wherein the microorganism supplying means comprises: a microorganism culture medium(41) having a culture aquarium(41a) installed therein, and a supply water line(45) and a discharge line(46) installed on an outer part thereof; and an oxygen feeder(43) and a nutrient injector(44) respectively connected to one side of the microorganism culture medium, and wherein the deodorizing system further comprises a mixing pipe installed on an inlet part of the odor supplying pipe to perform the first deodorizing function by spraying supply water supplied through a resupply water line(52) connected to a lower side of the deodorizing column into odor by a spray pipe formed in the mixing pipe.
