PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable restraining net spreading device, in which a restraining net can be spread while ensuring the space between an operator and a criminal suspect, and the criminal suspect can be overpowered by its distal end portion after ejection of the restraining net. SOLUTION: This portable restraining net spreading device comprises a restraining net ejection part including the restraining net and ejecting the restraining net by gas pressure; a lengthy handle part attached to the restraining net ejection part and starting the restraining net ejection part; and a pressure regulation part enclosing the restraining net ejection part. The restraining net ejection part includes an adapter for connecting the restraining net ejection part with the handle part. The pressure regulation part includes a connecting annular part having a screw part to be screwed to a screw part provided on the handle part, a plurality of stays mounted on the connecting annular part so as to enclose the restraining net ejection part connected with the handle part, and a pressure regulating annular part covering the front side of the restraining net ejection part through the plurality of stays.
