METHOD EXECUTED BY COMPUTER GENERATING SOFTWARE THERMAL PROFILE FOR APPLICATION IN SIMULATED ENVIRONMENT, DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer implemented method, a data processing system, and a computer usable code for generation of software thermal profiles for applications executed on a set of processors in a simulated environment. SOLUTION: Execution of a software program being run on a software simulator is detected and hardware operations for the software program being executed by the set of processors are analyzed to create analyzed information.
