PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle control device for an engine, having reduced manufacturing cost while preventing the leakage of operating noises of a driving motor to the outside and maintaining water-proof performance of the driving motor. SOLUTION: The throttle control device 70 for the engine 16 comprises an expansion chamber 32a to which the upstream-end openings of intake passages 311a, 311b, 311c, 311c are connected, and driving motors 36a, 36b, 36c arranged in the expansion chamber 32a for adjusting the openings of throttle valves 38a, 38b, 38c, 38c in the intake passages.
