<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiency agitate and convey a toner toward a toner discharge port. <P>SOLUTION: A toner agitation conveying body 50 includes a rotating shaft 52 and an elastic sheet member 54. The rotating shaft 52 is supported between both end walls 14 and 16 of a container body 4 of a toner supply container 2 having the container body 4 formed with the toner discharge port 30 at the bottom wall 8 of the container body, and the elastic sheet member 54 has a proximal end 541 attached to the rotating shaft 52. The elastic sheet member 54 has: a plurality of slits 546a, 546b, 546c which are extended from the distal end toward the proximal end 541 and are spaced axially; and a plurality of sheet pieces 547, 548 compartmentalized axially by the slits.
