PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a USB speech system with a neck strap exclusive for Skype (R) speech including a microphone, an earphone, and a single cord winding reel for utilizing the software IP phone Skype (R) for a speech between users on the Internet. SOLUTION: The USB speech system includes: a neck strap unit comprising a safety tool whereby the neck strap is safely disconnected when the neck strap is caught by something during movement, stereo earphones whereby a user can listen to a speech and also music captured by a personal computer with high sound quality, a volume control capable of adjusting the sound volume of the earphones, a microphone, an adjuster capable of adjusting the length of the neck strap, and a braid; and a holder unit comprising a USB plug attached USB audio conversion circuit as a speech means used for connection between the neck strap unit and the personal computer, a USB memory, a USB plug drawer ring, the code winding reel, and a removable tip clip.
