PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cellular phone which prevents deterioration of antenna performance by use conditions of the cellular phone, is thinned and miniaturized. SOLUTION: The cellular phone concerning the present invention has: an operation part casing 1; a display part casing 5 mutually openable/closable with the operation part casing 1; a built-in antenna 7; a built-in antenna 11; a high frequency circuit 3 which excites the built-in antennas 7, 11 according to opening/closing states of the casings; matching circuits 9, 13 which match characteristic impedance and input impedance of the built-in antennas 7, 11 to each other and a conductive member for supplying input/output of the high frequency circuit 3 to the built-in antennas 7, 11 according to the opening/closing states of the casings.
