PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise security by pieces of wireless communication apparatus 1, 11, one of which executes authentication processing with other wireless communication apparatus to communicate a data signal by radio with other authenticated wireless communication apparatus. SOLUTION: An authentication means communicates a signal for authentication with other wireless communication apparatus by radio, executes the authentication processing including processing for setting a communicate mode which is the same as that of other wireless communication apparatus as a communication mode based on distance with other wireless communication apparatus and a communication means communicates the data signal by one to one by radio by using the set communication mode with other wireless communication apparatus when other radio communication apparatus is authenticated by the authentication processing.
