PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply controller by which an energized state of a MOSFET is maintained even when supply voltage falls off to some extent than an on possible level after normally performing energizing operation of the MOSFET. SOLUTION: When the supply voltage Vcc (generated voltage Vin) falls off to a level between a first level and a second level (an A period), it is supposed that an output signal S4 from a hysteresis circuit 29 is left at a low level at a point when the supply voltage Vcc (generation voltage Vin) becomes less than the first level and an electric discharge prevention state turned off by an FET 28 for electric discharge prevention is continued. Namely, an energized state of a power MOSFET 14 is held by maintaining gate voltage by preventing electric discharge of gate voltage accumulated by drive of a charging circuit 25, and power supply to a load 11 is continued.
