PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a composite machine from making an operation undesirable for a user, due to depression of any of common keys. SOLUTION: The remote controller includes selection keys 12 that are depressed when a user selects an electronic apparatus as an operation object among a plurality of electronic apparatuses, after a depression valid period being a preset period elapses from no depression of any key switch, the depression of the common keys 11 is validated when the key switch including at least the selection keys 12 is depressed and any of the common keys 11 is depressed until the depression valid period does not expire after the end of the depression of the key switch, and the depression of any of the common keys 11 is invalidated when a depression timing of any of the common keys 11 reaches a timing other than the timings above.
