PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide apparatus, method and program for image processing; and apparatus, method and program for information processing, and an image processing system capable of deciding no existent of tampering without requiring a long time for hash verification, even when an image data is preserved after a correction, which is not virtually considered as tampering, like improvement of visibility by rotating an image, is performed on the image data after an electronic signature is given. SOLUTION: It is made possible to set the possibility/impossibility in regard to whether each set of attribute information is included in an object of the electronic signature. The attribute information of a correction, such as "rotation" etc. being not virtually considered as tampering, and performed after signing is excluded from the object of the electronic signature.
