PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent displacement of a coil spring by permanent set in fatigue of a rubber member in a spring seat rubber for contacting with an end part of the coil spring. SOLUTION: Core members 5, 5 are buried in the rubber member 4. The core members 5, 5 are formed in a fan shape as viewed from above and the plurality of core members are buried in the rubber member 4. The respective core members 5 are formed in an approximately U-shape in a cross sectional view. A recessed groove 2b is formed in a ring shape on a bottom part 2 of the spring seat rubber 1 and a groove part 5c is formed corresponding to the recessed groove 2b also on an upper panel part 5a which is at an upper side of the core members 5.
