PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a decorative wall material, which enables the decorative wall material to be easily mounted on an external finishing material excellent in heat insulating properties, fireproofness, waterproofness, installation work characteristics, etc., without making the decorative wall material directly driven by a fixing implement such as a nail. SOLUTION: This mounting structure of the decorative wall material B comprises the long external finishing material A which has a protrusion 2 formed on a decorative surface, and the long decorative wall material B in which a recess 29 is formed on the backside. The mounting structure is formed by fitting the protrusion 2 of the external finishing material A into the recess 29 of the decorative wall material B and bonding them together.
