PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismatic wall and its construction method, capable of in situ construction, for rationally securing natural lighting and ventilation, while securing aseismatic strength as the aseismatic wall. SOLUTION: This aseismatic wall 1 is constructed in an opening part 4 partitioned by columns 2 and beams 3, and is composed of a grating body 6 forming a plurality of hole parts H in an annular frame body, by being connected to the octagonal annular frame body 5 and an oblique line (w) of the annular frame body. The mutual oblique lines of the annular frame body are arranged and mutually joined in the vertical-horizontal direction in and to the opening part in mutually opposed arrangement, and an opening S is formed by being surrounded by the vertical side (y) and the horizontal side (x) of the annular frame body. The columns and the beams are provided with precast concrete octagonal blocks 7 joined with the vertical side and the horizontal side of the annular frame body, and precast concrete equal leg trapezoidal blocks 8 arranged in a clearance between the oblique lines, the columns and the beams of the annular frame body of the octagonal blocks for sealing this clearance and joined to these blocks.
