PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinneret stably equipped with a plurality of flow paths coaxially in high precision. SOLUTION: The spinneret 100 has a block 102 composed of a conductive material, a fluid jet nozzle 113 provided at the block 102, a first flow path 105 which is provided in the inside of the block 102 and communicates with the jet nozzle 113 and a ring-shaped second flow path 111 which is provided in the inside of the block 102, linked to the jet nozzle 113 and coaxially arranged on the first flow channel 105 so as to enclose the outer periphery of the side face of the first flow path 105. The flow path wall of the first flow path 105 and the flow path wall of the second flow path 111 are composed of a part of the wall surface of the block 102.
