PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply synthesize a parchloric acid compound as the useful stock for industrial use from a chloride or a chloric acid compound at a high yield and with high purity. SOLUTION: Using an anode 2 having electrically conductive diamond as an anode substance, a perchloric acid compound is electrolytically synthesized from a chloride or a chlolic acid compound as the raw material. In this way, the objective compound having high purity can be obtained at a higher yield compared with the case that the conventional anode is used, and further, the objective product can be obtained from a chloride in one process.
