摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a lattice defect in an inorganic powder having a monocrystal structure or a polycrystal structure. SOLUTION: This heat treatment method includes cyclically annealing the inorganic powder having the monocrystal structure or the polycrystal structure, in two or more cycles. The condition of the cyclic annealing step preferably satisfies the following expression (1): 0.45T<SB>m</SB>≤T<SB>L</SB><T<SB>H</SB><T<SB>m</SB>, and particularly the following expression (2): 0.45T<SB>m</SB>≤T<SB>L</SB><T<SB>H</SB>and 0.55T<SB>m</SB>≤T<SB>H</SB><T<SB>m</SB>, wherein T<SB>m</SB>represents a melting point (K) of the inorganic powder or is a sublimation temperature (K) when the inorganic powder has no melting point and has a property of sublimating without melting; T<SB>L</SB>(K) represents the lowest temperature of the cyclic annealing step; and T<SB>H</SB>(K) represents the highest temperature of the cyclic annealing step.
