PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a cutting blade on a non-adhesive face side of an adhesive tape and form a folded-back part having an outer side formed by a non-adhesive face in a cut end part of the adhesive tape easily after cutting. SOLUTION: This tape cutter device is constituted by arranging the cutting blade 9 for cutting the adhesive tape 2 pulled out of a pulling-out part 4 on a non-adhesive face 2b side of the adhesive tape 2 and providing a turning member 6 having a folded-back face 6a for folding back a cut end part of the adhesive tape 2 to join adhesive faces 2a mutually and turnable when cutting the adhesive tape 2 by the cutting blade 9, a spring 8 for energizing the turning member 6 in the opposite direction to the direction for pulling out the adhesive tape 2, and a drawing-closer member 10 arranged on the non-adhesive face 2b side of the adhesive tape 2 on a storage part 3 side being the opposite side to a pulling-out side of the adhesive tape 2 of the turning member 6 to draw a non-adhesive face 2b of the adhesive tape 2 closer.
