PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen inner muscles such as the sphincter, and to normalize the function in such a manner that an electromagnetic pulse of a low frequency is fitted on the internal surface section of a human body, power is supplied to strengthen inner muscles such as the sphincter or to soften the stiffness of muscles, and thus, the muscular function in the human body such as the sphincter is normalized. SOLUTION: According to this device, the electromagnetic pulse of a big voltage and the low frequency is applied on an area which requires the muscular strengthening such as the inside of the anus or the inside of the vagina, and power is supplied. Thus, the sphincters or the like around the anus or the vagina are stimulated.
