METHOD FOR RADIO RESOURCE ALLOCATION IN MULTI-CARRIER SYSTEM

A radio resource allocation method in a multi-carrier system is provided to guarantee transmission of a signaling message to UEs(User Equipments) within a certain time delay by improving a schedule mode. When a mobile terminal has a signal message to be transmitted, a preamble sequence is generated according to a terminal identifier. A preamble signal including the preamble sequence and the signaling message is transmitted to a base station. An ACK signal to the preamble signal, which has been generated according to the terminal identifier, is received.
