PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for securities management to perform the centralized management of securities through a network 5 by a reading device 3 and a management device 2 for properly coping with the monitor or maintenance management of the reading device 3.

SOLUTION: Log data to be acquired by a log acquiring means 367 from a reading device 3 and read data are transmitted through a communication network 5 to a management device 2, and data are fetched by a data extraction part 258 and a log summarization part 259 connected to the control means of the management device 3 so that the quick monitor or maintenance management of the reading device 3 can be attained.
