PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor core holding jig that is easy in attaching and detaching a rotor core. SOLUTION: In the rotor core holding jig 30 that positions the rotor core 20 and holds it in a state that a plurality of electromagnetic steel sheets 50 are laminated, there are provided a circular column 32 fit to the hollow part of the rotor core 20, and recessed keys 33 that are formed at the external periphery of the circular column 32 to be fit to protruded keys 26 formed on the electromagnetic steel plates 50. The recessed keys 33 constrain the protruded keys 26 when a permanent magnet 22 is resin-molded, only the external half of the circular column 32 is formed of resin (resin part 32a) so as to release the protruded keys 26 in the case other than the constraint, and a portion other than the resin-molded part is formed of metal.
