PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to have convenience by constructing an environment that enables the user to select regarding the presence or the absence of update of position information when a newly acquired position information is the same as the already-acquired position information. SOLUTION: A mobile communication device 3 receives the corresponding broadcasting channel information from a broadcasting channel information providing device 1 connected via a communication network 2 on the basis of transmission of one's own current position information. A broadcasting channel information holder 32 holds the received broadcasting channel information and edited contents of the broadcasting channel information downloaded after being edited by user input. A broadcasting channel information update control unit 33 retrieves the user input regarding the presence or the absence of the update of the broadcasting channel information so as to execute the update of the broadcasting channel information to the broadcasting channel information holder 32 by controlling the transmission of one's own current position information to the broadcasting channel information providing device 1.
