PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray inspection device, capable of easily grasping where part of a fluoroscopic X-ray image at printing of the output of the fluoroscopic X-ray images. SOLUTION: The X-ray inspection device is equipped with an X-ray measuring optical system 13; an optical camera 16, an X-ray image forming part 31 for forming an X-ray image; an optical camera image forming part 33 for associating a pair of X-ray images, photographed at the same time with an optical camera image and forming an optical camera image, with a marker to which the marker is applied at the concerned location in the optical camera image, on the basis of the positional relation of the optical camera with an X-ray detector; an image memory part 34 for accumulating the X-ray images and the optical camera image with the marker; a printer 26 and an image printing control part 37 for also printing the optical camera image with the marker at printing of the X-ray image.
