PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic refrigerator having superior productivity and maintenance performance. SOLUTION: A cooling unit 23 is assembled by holding and retaining thermo modules 39, 41 by a refrigerator inner heat transfer block 38 and a refrigerator outer heat transfer block 42 in advance, the cooling unit is mounted to a heat insulating container 22, and a vaporizing portion 2 of a thermo siphon 1 is heat-transferrably connected with the refrigerator outer heat transfer block 42 of the cooling unit 23 mounted to the heat insulating container 22, and thus the cooling unit 23 can be comparatively easily assembled and built in the heat insulating container 22 of the cooling unit 23, the thermo siphon 1 can be independently mounted on the cooling unit 23 which improves the productivity, and further the maintenance performance can be improved as replacement of the thermo siphon 1 can be performed only by replacing the thermo siphon 1.
