PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof cover in which while a sound absorptive material is not joined to a sound insulation material, the workability of assembling those materials is improved, and the recycling of the materials is facilitated. SOLUTION: The sound insulation material 1 is molded of a resin which is unjoined to a urethane foam. In the sound insulation material 1, on the surface where the sound absorptive material 2 is to be laminated, a plurality of protrusions 10 are provided of which at least one is tilted in the direction different from others due to contraction deformation caused after molding, and the sound absorptive material 2 is held by the protrusion 10 on the sound insulation material 1. The protrusion 10 is tilted by positively utilizing the contraction deformation caused after molding which is trouble-prone in most instances. Thus, a slide core can be eliminated in the molding process, and recyclability of the soundproof cover is improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
