PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation packing for construction, which facilitates adjustment of an interval between the packings, also facilitates cutting of a packing main body, and exerts good rat-proof effect. SOLUTION: In the center of a packing body 1, an insertion hole 2 is formed for inserting an anchor driven into a foundation. Additionally, on both sides of the insertion hole 2, vertical walls 4, 4 are formed in a longitudinal direction at predetermined intervals while on a top face of the packing main body 1 cut grooves 7 for cutting the packing main body 1 are formed in a width direction at predetermined intervals. Between the vertical walls 4, 4, vent opening 5 penetrating through the width direction is formed while fitting portions 8, 9 engageable with/disengageable from each other are arranged on both longitudinal ends of the packing main body 1 for inhibiting relative displacement between the packing main bodies 1, 1 connected together in the lateral direction, and also allowing relative displacement between the same in a longitudinal direction. Furthermore, the packing main body 1 is composed in such a way that, even when cut, the fitting portions 8, 9 are formed again with a top plate 3 at the cut end in the longitudinal direction or with the top plate 3 and the insertion hole 2.
