PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrogalvannealed steel having excellent corrosion resistance, adhesion and appearance. SOLUTION: In the highly corrosion resistant electrogalvannealed steel, at least one side of a steel sheet is provided with a first electrogalvannealing layer comprising 0.5 to 15% Ni, and the balance Zn with inevitable impurities as a first layer, and further, the surface of the first layer is provided with a second electrogalvannealing layer comprising 0.1 to 20% Ni and 0.1 to 10% W, and the balance Zn with inevitable impurities as a second layer.
