PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crucible for vapor deposition capable of suppressing overflow of a molten metal from an opening part of a crucible and stabilizing the temperature inside the crucible, and its manufacturing method, and a crucible for vapor deposition capable of preventing erosion of the molten metal into an inner layer of the crucible from an inner wall of the crucible if the crucible has a multi-layered structure, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A crucible 1 for vapor deposition comprises a storage unit 4 for storing and heating a vapor deposition material, and an opening part 6 for emitting the vaporized vapor deposition material to an object for vapor deposition.
