PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent composition which improves frothing and stability. SOLUTION: The detergent composition comprises (A) a specific alkylphosphoric acid monoester salt and (B) at least one kind selected from the group consisting of (b1) a quaternary ammonium salt represented by formula (2) (wherein R<SP>2</SP>is a 3-9C hydrocarbon group; R<SP>3</SP>, R<SP>4</SP>, and R<SP>5</SP>are each a 1-3C alkyl group or a hydroxyalkyl group; and X<SB>1</SB><SP>-</SP>is an anion group which forms a counter ion with a quaternary ammonium ion), (b2) a carboxybetaine or a sulfobetaine represented by formula (3) (wherein R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>, and R<SP>4</SP>are the same as defined above; R<SP>6</SP>is a 1-3C alkylene group or a hydroxyalkylene group; and X<SB>2</SB><SP>-</SP>is a carboxyl group or a sulfonic group), and (b3) an amine oxide represented by formula (4) (wherein R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>, and R<SP>4</SP>are the same as defined above).
