PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-radiation double grazing that, while maintaining heat shielding properties which are a feature of a low-radiation film, can develop high visible light transmittance. SOLUTION: The low-radiation double grazing comprises a first oxide film, an Ag film, a metal film, and a second oxide film stacked in this order on the surface of one of glass plates of two opposed glass plates, wherein the first oxide film has a thickness of not less than 30 nm and not more than 40 nm, the Ag film has a thickness of not less than 8 nm and not more than 10 nm, the metal film has a thickness of not less than 1 nm and not more than 8 nm, and the second oxide film has a thickness of not less than 30 nm and not more than 50 nm. When the low-radiation double grazing is installed at the boundary between the inside of the room and the outside of the room, on the outdoor side face, the visible light reflectance specified in JIS R 3106 is 8-25%, the color tone is a substantially neutral reflection color tone with a<SP>*</SP>in an L<SP>*</SP>a<SP>*</SP>b<SP>*</SP>color system being not less than -3.0 and not more than 0.0 and b<SP>*</SP>being not less than -9.0 and not more than 0.0, and the screening factor is not more than 0.57.
