A fill block is provided to facilitate vegetation rooting and form an environment friendly atmosphere by maximizing a planting space using through-holes symmetrically formed in the middle portion of the fill block. A fill block comprises a top portion(1). A middle groove(4) is formed in the middle of the top portion(1). A plurality of through-holes(6) are connected to the middle groove and are formed in a transverse direction. Block fillers(21) have various colors and are inserted into the through-holes. The top portion has a corner fixing portion(12) at corners thereof. The corner fixing portion protrudes from lateral sides of corners of the top portion and have a chamfered end portion. A ring(11) is prepared in the middle of the corner fixing portion. |
