<p>Insufficient cooling and heating ability of a cooling and heating device is enhanced to provide the device with rated cooling and heating ability. The cooling and heating device has a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. A second condenser is added between the condenser and the expansion valve, and the condenser and the second condenser are constructed in the form of air-cooled heat exchangers. The second condenser added is of a parallel refrigerant flow type and is placed on the outside-air suction side on the back face of the condenser such that the second condenser is superposed on the condenser.</p> |
