A complex type artificial marine plants ground is provided to create an environmentally-friendly marine plants ground by easy insertion and habitation of natural seaweed, and to improve productivity and economical efficiency by adjusting a height according to the depth of water. A complex type artificial marine plants ground includes: a base frame formed in a two-dimensional square lattice structure by plural unit steel frames(111) connected to each other in horizontal and vertical directions; plural support frames(120) installed in a standing state so as to be arranged on the base frame at equal intervals; and a top frame(130) formed in a two-dimensional square lattice structure by plural concave unit steel frames so as to be arranged in parallel with the base frame, and supported in the state of being mounted on the support frame. The artificial marine plants ground is formed in a three-dimensional lattice structure of a hexahedral box shape.
