<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device of a four-wheel drive vehicle capable of realizing reduction in the number of parts, cost, and weight, while securing a lubrication property with respect to two parts requiring lubrication which are a transmission and a transfer. <P>SOLUTION: The drive device of a four-wheel drive vehicle is equipped with the transmission for shifting rotational driving force from a power source, and the transfer for transmitting the driving force passed through the transmission to at least one of right and left front wheels and right and left rear wheels. A first clutch CA and a second clutch CB of the transmission and a transfer clutch 67 of the transfer are set in a clutch chamber 70 in one drive unit case 1. In the lubricating structure, lubricating oil that has lubricated the first clutch CA and the second clutch CB of the transmission is directly poured on the transfer clutch 67 of the transfer, then drips into an oil reservoir 70a in which the transfer clutch 67 is immersed.
