<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device of a dye-sensitized solar battery which has both the flexibility and high photoelectric conversion efficiency, and to provide a dye-sensitized solar battery and a dye-sensitized solar battery module manufactured by the method and the device. <P>SOLUTION: A dissolved layer made of zinc oxide or metallic zinc and a porous semiconductor layer are laminated on a heat-resistant base plate in a calcining process at 450°C or higher, and the porous semiconductor layer is separated from the heat-resistant base plate in a solvent, and zinc oxide which has a higher conduction energy level can be formed and laminated on the porous semiconductor layer. Furthermore, this is arranged on a resin-made support unit, to obtain a dye-sensitized solar battery which has both the flexibility and high photoelectric conversion efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
