<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make even an automatic playing piano having an upright type action mechanism, adaptive to high-speed continuous keying playing. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic playing piano generates orbit data representing an action of a key corresponding to playing information to be reproduced as change in position of the key with time (S14 to S17), judges whether piano playing that the playing information indicates is continuous keying playing (S18), and corrects the orbit data by controlling a keying depth so that the key is driven without making a jack member escape (S22) when continuous keying playing is performed, thereby driving the key with the corrected orbit data without making a jack escape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
