<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disease risk information display device and a program, allowing easy understanding of a degree of risk to some disease. <P>SOLUTION: This disease risk information display device has: an analysis processing part 18 performing singular value decomposition with medical data of a plurality of persons as input data, and outputting a set of singular values each characterizing health condition of each person; and a figure creation part 19 determining coordinates showing each person on a two-dimensional coordinate space on the basis of the value of the singular value, selecting a plurality of reference points on the two-dimensional coordinate space, calculating possibility that the person shown by the coordinates of each reference point contracts a certain disease on the basis of statistical data, and determining a coordinate in a height direction of each reference point on the basis of the calculated possibility to create a three-dimensional figure. When the figure creation part 19 receives input of the singular value of a test subject, the figure creation part 19 determines the two-dimensional coordinates showing the test subject on the basis of the value of the singular value, and disposes a point corresponding to the test subject on the three-dimensional figure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
